Payments can be made by Money Order, Bank
Check or use my Credit Card accounts.
When ordering by Money Order or Bank Check, leave the pay to area blank. Please
annotate the product by the SKU# on the check or money order or print out this page and
circle the item you want, or you can just Click here to use my Order Form.
You MUST click here if ordering by Money
Order, Bank Check or Cash . An age
verification letter must be included with all mail orders. If the letter is not enclosed
with payment, your order will not be shipped.
Don't forget to add the postage cost. Mail checks and Money orders to the address below.
