I have recently had a well earned holiday on the Spanish Island of Lanzarote.  It was my first time there and I had such a great time and look forward to a return trip.  I am in love with all things Spanish,: Tapas, music, dance, wine to name just a few.

I have also joined my local gym which is very plush, and I intend to go there daily. Well I suppose I do have to keep myself fit and toned to maintain my size 8 figure that you guys love!  When at the gym, I get to eyeball all the fit muscle guys’ packages as they walk past. It does make the time on the treadmill fly by !
