After payment is received there will be no changes made to the custom order, including materials used, the script, or any other details. If after agreement is made and payment received you decide to make any changes, I reserve the right to refuse the changes and refund your money. If additional costs are incurred due to said changes, I reserve the right to increase the payment and suspend the filming process until the additional monies are received.

Copyright and Branding: I shall retain all copyrights to the material and may resell or redistribute as deemed appropriate. The purchase of a custom video or photos does not include the transfer of my copyright.

All of my videos including custom videos and photos contain branding and copyright information.

Shipping:

Your video will be shipped via Priority Mail with delivery confirmation.Please allow 15 days from receipt of payment. I will remain in contact with you via email as to the progress of your order every few days and I will email you when your video/photos are mailed out. Every custom order is mailed with delivery confirmation, no exceptions.

All custom videos/photos must be paid for in full and the disclaimer form must be received with the payment before I begin filming your custom order.

$100 per model for every 15 minutes plus postage for content which includes 'soft' activities such as the following:
